2021 HEALTH & WELLNESS CHALLENGE

HOW IT WORKS

Keep track of workouts throughout the week.

Submit activities before EOD Friday.

Leaderboard will be updated each Monday.

15 Min = 1pt, 30 Min = 2pt, 45 Min = 3pt, 60 Min = 4pt

At the end of the fitness challenge, the winning team will be crowned and rewarded. Also, each participant will be included in a drawing for prizes.

The number of minutes spent performing an activity must be consecutive minutes. For example, I am not eligible for 1 point if I make 15 trips to the copier that add up to a total of 15 minutes. We are looking for purposeful participation.
